It’s time to take back your health, your confidence, and your joy in movement! At Healthy Moves, we’re all about fun, energy, and a welcoming community—no judgment, just good vibes. Our unique classes are designed for real people (yep, especially middle-agers, free-spirits, and those with extra curves like the owners!) who want to feel better, move more, and actually enjoy exercise.
Whether you’re stepping back into fitness or just looking for something different from a traditional gym, you’ll find encouragement, friendship, and a whole lot of fun here. No pressure, no intimidation—just movement that makes you feel strong, confident, and excited to come back!
Beginner Belly Dance and Core Conditioning
Step into something new and unleash your inner dancer! This beginner-friendly class introduces tribal belly dance moves that strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension—all while having a blast.
✅ Low-impact, full-body movement that builds muscle tone and stamina
✅ A creative, confidence-boosting outlet—let go and have fun!
✅ Supportive, welcoming energy—no experience needed!
Wear smooth-bottom shoes for easy spins, bring water, and if you’re feeling adventurous, costuming is always welcome!
30-Minute Cardio & Strength – Your Workout, Your Pace!
Short on time but ready to move? This 30-minute, steady-paced workout keeps you moving and feeling strong! You’ll rotate through:
✅ 3 minutes of cardio – Go at your own pace and push as hard as you want! ✅ 90 seconds of strength – hand weights or resistance bands to build muscle. ✅ 45 seconds to transition – Catch your breath and get set for the next round.
With fun, upbeat music and a supportive, welcoming community, this class is for every body—no matter your size, shape, or fitness level. I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on. Let’s move, sweat, and feel amazing together!
Aroma Yoga
A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class combining breathwork, stretching, and essential oils to calm the mind and ease tension. Ideal for all levels—no prior experience required.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and a willingness to breathe deeper.
Beginner Line Dance
Step onto the dance floor and learn the most popular line dances—no experience needed! Our patient and fun-loving instructor, Jenny, will guide you through beginner-friendly moves, making sure you feel confident and ready to dance at any event.

✅ Midweek fun—shake off stress and get moving!
✅ Great music, great people—a guaranteed good time!
Wear comfortable shoes (no boots, please!). Glides (shoe socks to help you move smoothly) are available on Amazon. We have a few pairs on hand to try.
20/20/20 – Strengthen, Move, Stretch!
This beginner-friendly, all-levels class is the perfect way to build strength, improve balance, and feel amazing! You’ll move through:
✅ 20 minutes of chair-based/core exercises – effective for beginners, with options to add hand weights or take it to the floor for a challenge.
✅ 20 minutes of step movements – Set to fun, upbeat, sing-along tunes from the ‘70s to today! Low-impact, easy to follow, and great for heart health.
✅ 20 minutes of stretching – Increase flexibility, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed.
No experience is needed—just come ready to move, have fun, and feel stronger with a supportive community!
